What Our Clients Say
In the past two years Mom had been in two different local facilities and ended up in the hospital, yet again. My sister and I decided something had to change. Fortunately, I had the ability and full support of my spouse and kids to relocate from Florida to take care of mom while we looked for a permanent solution.
After looking at several places, we became convinced that no one was going to take care of Mom the way family does. Then we found Ashley and Lynn at Austin Senior Living. Both were so understanding of what we had been through. Ashley explained that after working in long-term care for many years they were convinced there had to be a better way.
Austin Senior Living began with one of their own family member as their first resident. My 96 year old mom became resident number two. The love, care and energy poured into this home is incredible. The staff communication and flexibility with Mom’s individual needs are unmatched. Even through the fog of dementia, Mom’s personality is shining through.
